Cooking instructions
From frozen bake in a pre-heated 375 ºF convection oven for 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF as measured by use of a thermometer.

Consisting of pureed and diced sweet potatoes, we add nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla, pressed into a cylindrical shape, then topped with a light granola crumple. Perfect as-is, and pairs nicely with shrimp or pork. For a dessert offering, the soufflé pairs exceptionally well with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, or a drizzle of Dulce De Leche.
